Awarded in two categories by the New York Foundation for the Arts

In this video work the arts and history of the native Tainos of the caribbean

and the fantastic images of artist Carlos Sueños

are merged in a collage representing a projection into our inner realm into the future.

The text by José Luis Colón- Santiago takes us deep within our inner reality:

“We journey with electrons and music charming us into a mysterious movable feast.

The chapel of dreams, clay, paper delivers us

into a spiraling image into a holistic and meaningful universe."

The original musical score by Eliezer Parrilla and Ivonne Petrovich:

“... garner and disperses the images...the voices of the Areyto (taino dance ritual)

resisting dissolution, woven into our history...”

The 10 minutes video is designed for hearing impaired

and general audiences and is available in english and spanish.

The digital videos are part of the educational packcage with

seminars on relaxation and creativity as tools for survival.

The actual installation is also available for rentals and traveling.
